SMS Alerts Terms
These SMS Terms describe the text messaging program operated by Boxed Up Chef LLC, doing business as Lev Meals ("the Organization").
Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive informational text messages from the Organization, which may include program announcements, emergency notifications, food distribution and schedule updates, availability notices, and event reminders. Message frequency varies based on Organization activity.
Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by explicitly providing consent through an Organization-authorized SMS opt-in form or process.
Opt-Out and Help
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact the Organization at info@levmeals.com or (888) 997-5971.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of receiving food assistance or participating in Organization programs.
Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
